Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Galleon Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or log in to your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
